the one-bedroom suite with our own hot tub was amazing

continental breakfast was not worth mentioning

    Fabulous

Best place to relax and in the same time to be active.

Once, they didn't clean our room. Hope, it was mistake.

    Superb

A great setting and a great large room with full kitchenette

Bit of a poor layout for a buffet breakfast - in a very cramped corner of the clubhouse.

    Fabulous

The fitness and pool were outstanding. The decor was beautiful.

The bed was not queen size.... a large double..... it was too small. Did not sleep well. The receptionist said the bed size was a queen when we phoned to ask for another room with a larger bed. She was wrong. We measured.

The accommodation was excellent, the service also and the services are great. It was a beautiful spot also.

It is a little far from Kelowna where all the good restaurants are.

    Superb

Beautiful grounds, great facilities, great staff, lots of amenities. There was a subtle pricing variation, but Erin fixed that immediately, and with both grace and clarity.

Dinner at the Clubhouse was really great. The bottle of wine I'd selected needed to breath a little, and the waitress offered to decant it. All good, except she took the bottle away, instead of decanting it at my table. She returned with the decanter, half-full (as discussed) but she did not return with the remaining wine. As a result, I ever so briefly considered the possibility the wine had been replaced. It hadn't been -- Predator Ridge and the clubhouse are far and away better establishments than that -- but because she took away the bottle, the idea occurred to me. It didn't have to, just as she didn't have to take the bottle away. It is said that when the University of California at Irvine was built, they waited a year before paving the walkways. Only then could they tell where people would want to walk, by seeing where they had worn paths through the grass. By contrast, Predator Ridge was designed on paper, and it's paths are for golf carts. Many of the walkways are in the wrong place - and there are no paths where, as a walker, you'd expect them to be. They're on the wrong side of the road, they go up and down rather than around, and there are obstacles like fences and gardens where you'd expect to be able to take a short cut. For example, you have to walk around rather than through a parking lot to get to the fitness facility. A road loops around 3 sides of that facility as it passes down to the holes around Birdie lake, and the walking path is on the wrong side. So if you're coming from the homes around Birdie lake, you have to walk the long way up, then when you reach the fitness facility, you have to walk back down 20 steps to the facility entrance! Funny!

    Fabulous

The scenery was beautiful and the country side was so quiet. Wonderful golf resort

The beds were too firm to get a good nights sleep.

Very comfortable room with a well-equipped kitchen. Gym was great. Although we do not play golf, we enjoyed the time in the resort so much.

This was a very disappointing stay. My husband and I booked a Peregrin cottage for the week and firstly it had not been cleaned properly. We still had the sunflower hearts of the previous guests all over the rug and under the sofa and chairs. The golf course booking is a system that I beleive stops people returning. At no point were we advised of a twilight rate and on the Friday we aksed to go out as late as possible to ensure that we were only two playing as I am currently learning. The Pro took our booking and when we arrived we were told that we had another two people joining us. We could have booked for far earlier in the day instead of waiting all day and then being disappointed. My husband then asked for a single tee time on saturday only to be told that there wasnt one. We then chatted we another guest at the pool and she advised that she had booked a tee time that morinng for 1.45pm - perhpas our face didnt fit but you still took over $3,500 off us for the privilage of stayign with you. We chose this destination as it is 4 star plus. You didnt meet our expectations Sarah Parry

    Very good

Was a lovely resort in a wonderful location

The spa facilities for a fee at Sparkling Hill was not available on the weekend we came although we were told on checkin that we could use the facilities. When we went to book we were told we soucld not which was very disappointing as that had been a part of our holiday.

    Very good

Very comfortable, and had everything that we would hope for in a world class resort.

    The views, and the lodge.

    Exceptional

Staff at front desk were very welcoming! ...and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely consider returning. Due to its distance from Calgary, a visit requires more than an overnite stay for us, but it was such an amazing spot, that we wil return at least once a year.
